1. What this site is

FPSPanel is an editorial review site. It describes free-to-install games about the gold rush and the American frontier that are published on Google Play, and it gives an opinion about each of them. Everything on these pages is editorial commentary: descriptions, technical lines and verdicts reflect the experience of the panel on the devices and on the dates stated, and they are not a promise about how a title will behave for you.

By using fpspanel.com you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Advertising disclosure

Reading FPSPanel is free and there is no paywall on the catalogue. The desk is supported in three ways, and we would rather state them plainly than bury them:

• Advertising placements shown on the pages of this site.
• Promoted links that point to Google Play listings. Where a link or a block is promoted, it is labelled.
• Optional site plans described in the Plans block on the main page. Those plans cover extra editorial material on this site only. Processing for them is not active yet, the buttons file a preliminary request through the subscription form, and nothing is charged.

No commercial arrangement changes a verdict, a technical line, a star figure or the order of the catalogue. Titles are chosen by the panel before any commercial conversation takes place, and an entry can be critical of a title that is promoted elsewhere on the same page.

3. No affiliation

FPSPanel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the studios whose games are described here. Trademarks, studio names and product names are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

4. Ratings and third-party information

Star figures shown beside each entry are the public Google Play ratings as displayed at the time of testing, reproduced without adjustment. Store data changes constantly: a rating, a title, an availability status or the content of a game may differ by the time you read the page. The Google Play listing is always the authoritative source, and we correct entries when we notice a difference.

5. Intellectual property

Every illustration on this site is material from Google Play: app icons and screenshots of the titles described here. Those icons, screenshots, game titles and studio names belong to their respective rights holders and are used for identification and commentary only. The written text, the structure of the catalogue and the visual design of the site belong to FPSPanel; reproducing whole articles without a credited link is not permitted, while short quotations with a link are welcome.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the catalogue in bulk for republication.
• Do not submit somebody else's e-mail address to the subscription form.

7. External links

Links to Google Play and to other external resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Install any application only after reading its store page, its permissions and its content rating.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We take care with every entry, but we do not warrant that the information is complete, current or free of error, nor that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, FPSPanel is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this site or of any application described on it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer legislation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which the editorial desk operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence continue to apply.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the site changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions about this document go to the editorial desk at editorial@fpspanel.com, and the privacy notice explains how the information you send is handled.
